2. Processing Time

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri) are usually processed the same business day.

  • Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped the following business day.

  • No processing on weekends or public holidays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Estimated delivery date

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is:

  • Damaged: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.

  • Lost or delayed: Contact us if tracking hasn’t updated within 5 business days.

We will work with the carrier and issue replacements or refunds as necessary.

7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • The recipient is responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties.

  • Delays caused by customs are beyond our control.
